Welcome to La Petite Fleur Montessori House of Children.

Our goal is to enroll students who will benefit from a Montessori education. Academic year of La Petite Fleur starts in January of each year, for which the admission process begins in September in the previous year.

For admission to the Montessori school, your child should not be more than 3 years of age by 31st January of the following year. Admission process to the Young Children’s Community follows the same steps as in the Montessori school. The age requirement for this program is 18 months.

If you are interested in registering your child in our school, contact the school office as soon as possible.

Our registration remains consistent and full during the school year so it is advisable to be on our waiting list, early as possible. Age is one critical factor for admission as the Montessori school operates on a 3 year work cycle. Developmental readiness of the child and availability of space & class dynamics are also considered when admission decisions are made.

Admission decisions are determined by the Admissions Committee, composed of faculty and administration members, based on specific selection criteria and the decision of the Admissions Committee will be final and binding.

Registration

Registration forms are available in the school office free of charge. Parents should register well ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Those registered will receive a letter explaining the Admission Process, and then invite you to schedule a classroom observation which is compulsory for all prospective parents, before an application is given. The classroom observation is an important step in the process of admissions to La Petite Fleur Montessori, in order to familiarize with Montessori education.

Once the observation has been made and you have indicated your willingness to pursue the enrolment process, you could obtain an application from the school office by paying a non-refundable application fee of Rs 100/-.

Please note that whilst every effort will be made to provide a place for your child, registration or submission of application does not guarantee acceptance to the school program.

Interview

Once the duly filled application is received by the school office, an interview with the parents will be scheduled. On this day your child will be given the opportunity to interact with one of our teachers.

Selection

Selections are made based on specific selection criteria and parents will be informed of the admission decision in writing. You will also be informed of the date before which you are required to finalize payment requirements.

Orientation

Once the Admission Process is finalized, the parents are informed of the date for Orientation and Parent Meeting of the new students at which date you will be notified of the date school reopens for the new academic year, school rules & regulations and your child’s class requirements.
